HeizePugs is a platform for playing casual / ranked games. You get a certain amount of MMR after a few games, which affects your placement in games.

You need at least 500 hours of gameplay on your account to sign in. Basic knowledge of game mechanics and cooperation is required.

Register on the website, log in with Steam, validate your profile, accept the rules, and you're ready to find or host games.

Log in, find a game, ready up, wait for server details, connect, and start playing. The website emits a sound when the queue is ready.

It's recommended to play cooperatively with teammates. Solo play is possible but not encouraged for optimal experience and ranking.

All official Valve maps are supported, and the platform is continually updated with community maps.

Respect other players, avoid cheating, and follow the server rules. Cheating or abusive behavior leads to bans.

Rankings are based on your performance in matches, win/loss ratio, and overall MMR adjustments.

Check your internet connection, disable VPNs, ensure your firewall isn't blocking the game or website, and restart your router if needed.

A stable internet connection, updated game files, and running the platform in administrator mode help reduce issues.

You need your game set to a specific language in order for it to translate messages in your games. For example, if your game is set to Spanish, English messages will be translated to Spanish. To disable it, in-game, type !translator and it will give you an option to disable or re-enable the translator, which saves across games and servers.
